I love ordering from here when I'm not feeling too well. They have a wide selection of Korean porridges and I've found all the ones that I've tried to be nutritious and good. Would recommend!

My go to place to get food when I'm not feeling well. I usually get their beef and vegetables porridge. It is just perfect when your tummy not feeling good or when you can't chew hard food. Their pumpkin porridge is also great. Is comes with bouncy rice balls in it, very yummy!!! I also had their black sesame porridge, honestly it was a bit too bland for my taste, might taste better with a bit plum sugar in it? Or even coconut milk, of course then it won't be authentic Korean juk anymore in this case. I also recommend getting their Korean hot dogs. My fav one is the potatoe one with cheese inside. Yummmmmm make it spicy!!

Recently visited Siroo and would say they provide a really wide range of Korean classic foods. Their menu is quite extensive including Korean traditional dishes and street foods. There is a pre-made food market area as well. I HIGHLY recommend checking out their traditional rice cakes. I purchased a package of the songpyeon and injeolmi. As someone visiting the area, I wish I bought more. Upon ordering our food at the kiosk, we got our food within the next ~15-20 minutes. We ordered the Kimchi fried rice, seafood Sundubu jjigae (spicy soft tofu stew), and 3 Korean hot dogs. The Kimchi fried rice and Sundubu jiagae were solid. I was pleasantly surprised with the great flavors and how they kept the dishes authentic. Both came with a side of kimchi and pickled radishes. Portion sizes were great. As for the Korean hot dogs, we tried a variation of 3 types. Each one was crispy and packed with mozzarella. If you like spice, I would add the sauce and the hot cheeto crumbs. The sauce can overpower, so I would recommend asking for it on the side. Definitely want to come back and try their other dishes.

Siroo is a nice place to enjoy a casual meal with friends or pick up their prepackaged foods and snacks like kimbab, rice cake, soups, and crackers! Dirty Fries 8/10 - tater tots topped with sauce and crushed spicy Cheetos Spicy Corn Dog 8.5/10 - encased in spicy hot Cheetos - option to do mozzarella, sausage, or half half - very crispy and love the sauces on top! - I think I'll have to try the original next time! Yukaejang 10/10 - LARGE bowl of soup and they're very generous with all the ingredients! - really hits the spot, delicious - comes with pickled radish, Service was very friendly and kind!

Siroo is such a nice little casual place to go to eat such a variety of home-y Korean foods! Of course, their porridges are the reason I go most of the times ~ (have tried their Chicken Ginseng Juk and Tuna Juk are my go to's)! I tried out their non-juk items too! Their fried selection of corn dogs are actually very flavorful and crunchy! Although, sometimes I ask for no sugar on the classic dog bc it can be a bit too sweet for me. Their Hamburger Steak was pretty good and has a lot of sauce! (simple meal) I also tried their Yukae Jang and that really hit the spot with such a large portion! Overall, great spot to come back for casual meals, snacks, and pick up items to go! 7.5/10!

My girlfriends and I have been talking about Korean corn dogs and shaved ice for the longest that we decided to plan a day out to VA just to get what we've been talking about. You order your food from a kiosk and a ticket is printed with your order number. The place is pretty spacious on the inside so there's plenty of seating. I ordered the hot Cheeto's corn dog and I can't remember the other one. For my dessert, I ordered the mango shaved ice. The corn dogs were a 10/10. The spiciness was leveled out by the sugar they put on the corn dogs. The reason for the one star is due to everything here having sugar and being sweet. For example, the kimchi was sweet with a hint of spiciness. The mango shaved ice was also 10/10.

Finally decided to check this place out after seeing it on social media. It is located in Seoul plaza behind Little River Turnpike. I went on a Tuesday afternoon with a friend and there was ample parking. When you first walk in, there are displays on either side with various banchans and snacks. Towards the middle, there are packaged goods such as soups, various rice cakes (sweet and savory), and other prepared food. Towards the right side, you can see the kitchen as well as wall of ramen. You can order either from the two kiosks by the door or at the counter. They also offer cafe beverages and bingsoo. I had ordered the yukgaejang (spicy beef soup with shredded brisket, bean sprouts, vermicelli noodles, egg, burdock root, green onions) which came with a side of rice, kimchi and pickled radish. The soup came out bubbling in the stone bowl and the soup was not overly salty or watery. It was the perfect meal on a rainy day. I also ordered an oden (fried fish cake) served in broth. The fish cake was on the softer side but still had some bite and the soup was light and not too fishy. My friend ordered the spicy pork rice (sweet and spicy marinated pork bulgogi stir fried with onions and bell peppers) served on a bed of rice garnished with sesame seeds, shredded cabbage salad with light dressing and a side of kimchi/pickled radish. She enjoyed it and said it was worth the price the portions were enough for two meals. She also ordered an iced citron tea (preserved citron, sugar, and honey mixed with hot water served over ice).

My DMV Yelp collections are extremely incomplete compared to those of LA, but I've had Siroo Juk Story at the top of my list for a bit! It's a humble abode that screams Koreatown on the outside. As soon as you walk in, you're faced with an ordering kiosk filled with comfort food options from ramyeon to soondubu to bibimbap. Once you go through the difficulty of choosing what to order, there are lots of premade food items that you can buy to enjoy at home. I ordered the bulgogi bibimbap, which came with a soup, pickles, and kimchi on the side. It was a hearty portion with great plating! Pricing is not bad for the size (especially in this post-inflation world). I didn't check if there was WiFi but if there is, it would be a fantastic place to study due to the high availability of seating. Would definitely love to go again and try out more of their items!

The perfect hidden gem for Korean street food! There's quite literally anything you can think of on their menu and there's also plenty of to-go items you can pick up too. Service is super friendly and there's plenty of seating on the inside. We tried their mango bingsoo which wasn't too sweet but had the perfect amount of sweetness. Their Korean corn dogs also have the popular hot cheeto dust which is definitely very trendy! Their rice plates are also very filling and a must-try.
